RS788 ("RS788", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you", "your") who access or use the RS788 platform at https://rs788.cam, including associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how RS788 collects, stores, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with your use of the Platform. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform more broadly.

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform or otherwise providing personal information to RS788, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the data practices described herein. • Account Management: Creating and maintaining your Account, processing login authentication, updating profile details and managing Account closures.
• Identity Verification & KYC: Confirming your identity and age, conducting document checks, verifying payment method ownership and fulfilling AML/CFT obligations.
• Transaction Processing: Facilitating PKR deposits and withdrawals, verifying payment details and maintaining accurate financial records of Account activity.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: Detecting and investigating suspicious activity, identifying potential account compromise, preventing multi-accounting and protecting the integrity of the Platform.
• Responsible Gambling: Monitoring betting patterns to identify potential problem gambling behaviour, enforcing self-exclusion decisions and administering deposit, loss and session limits you have set.
• Customer Support: Responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining support correspondence records and improving service quality.
• Legal Compliance: Meeting obligations under applicable laws, responding to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities and maintaining required records.
• Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated usage data to understand how users interact with the Platform, identify technical issues and guide product development.
• Marketing (with consent): Sending you promotional communications, bonus offers and relevant Platform updates where you have opted in. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

RS788 does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients under appropriate data protection safeguards:

• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party services used to verify identity documents, conduct biometric checks and screen against sanctions or PEP (Politically Exposed Person) lists.
• Payment Processors: Financial technology partners and payment gateway providers who process your PKR transactions. These processors receive only the data necessary to complete the relevant transaction.
• Fraud Prevention & Risk Services: External fraud scoring, device fingerprinting and anti-money laundering screening services used to protect the Platform and its users.
• Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: Where RS788 is required by applicable law, court order or regulatory demand to disclose personal data. We will notify you where permitted by law.
• Group Companies & Successors: Where RS788 undergoes a corporate restructuring, merger or acquisition, personal data may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
• Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting, Platform infrastructure, analytics and customer support software providers who act as data processors under contractual data processing agreements.

All third parties with whom RS788 shares personal data are required to handle that data securely, for specified purposes only, and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

RS788 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to operate your Account and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention principles apply:

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of the Account relationship and for a period thereafter as required by applicable regulations.
• KYC & Identity Documents: Retained for the minimum period required by applicable AML/CFT regulations following Account closure — typically five years or as specified by the applicable licensing authority.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard AML record-keeping requirements.
• Support Correspondence: Retained for a minimum of two years from the date of resolution to support quality assurance, dispute re-examination and regulatory audit.
• Marketing Preference Records: Consent and opt-out records are retained indefinitely as evidence of your marketing preference choices.
• Cookie & Technical Data: Session data is purged following session closure. Analytical and performance data may be retained in aggregated, anonymised form for longer periods.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, RS788 will securely delete or anonymise personal data unless required to retain it by a specific legal obligation or ongoing legal proceedings.

• Encryption of personal and financial data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to staff with a legitimate operational need
• Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure
• Secure data centres with physical access controls for systems processing personal data
• Incident response procedures to detect, investigate and notify affected users and relevant authorities in the event of a data breach within required timeframes

While RS788 takes all reasonable steps to protect personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. RS788 cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users promptly where a security incident poses a risk to their personal data.

RS788 operates internationally and may transfer personal data to countries outside Pakistan for processing by Data Processors acting on our behalf, including KYC providers, cloud infrastructure providers and payment processing partners.

Where personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, RS788 will implement appropriate safeguards such as contractual data transfer agreements (including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to ensure that your personal data is treated with an appropriate standard of protection.

By using the RS788 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to other jurisdictions as described in this Policy, subject always to the safeguards described above.

The RS788 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. RS788 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the minimum qualifying age.

RS788 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. If RS788 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum age threshold without appropriate verification, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the relevant Account.

RS788 will respond to valid data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. Where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days with prior notification. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.

RS788 may send you promotional communications about bonuses, offers and Platform updates where you have provided explicit consent to receive such communications during registration or at a later stage through your Account preferences.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

RS788 has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. RS788 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws or Platform operations. Where material changes are made, RS788 will provide advance notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address.

The revised Policy will take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
