RS788 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RS788 ("RS788", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the RS788 platform, website located at https://rs788.cam, mobile applications (if any), and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

RS788 operates as an online gaming and sports betting information platform. All content on the Platform is intended for informational and entertainment purposes for adult users. RS788 does not provide legal, financial or investment advice. The Platform is directed at adult users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is not otherwise prohibited.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to or use of the RS788 Platform constitutes your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the earlier of: (a) the date you complete account registration; (b) the date you first access any restricted area of the Platform; or (c) the date you place your first wager or make your first deposit.

These Terms apply concurrently with any specific promotional terms, game rules or supplementary policies published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless a supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

RS788 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on the RS788 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction or the operator's applicable license conditions. RS788 operates an adults-only policy with no exceptions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their location.
• Single Account: Each individual may register one Account only. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and current. RS788 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order on RS788 or on any connected gambling platform.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered with any gambling exclusion programme that restricts your ability to gamble.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact information. RS788 processes this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

RS788 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to confirm user identity before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC — Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, mobile wallet screenshot where applicable)
• Selfie photograph for live ID verification where required by our compliance team

RS788 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending compliance review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. RS788 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing them with any third party
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Notifying RS788 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account
• Ensuring your registered email address and contact details remain current and accessible
• All wagers, deposits and transactions made through your Account, including where made by a third party with or without your consent

RS788 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

RS788 supports PKR deposits via a range of payment methods available in the live cashier. Payment methods available to your Account may vary depending on your account status, geographic location and the operator's current cashier configuration. Methods commonly available for Pakistani users may include bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets and other digital transfer services.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• RS788 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the live cashier. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance following successful confirmation from the payment processor. RS788 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• RS788 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account where the source of funds cannot be verified or raises AML concerns.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus conditions and account standing. RS788 will not process withdrawals where a User's Account has not completed the required KYC checks.

• Account Name Match: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the RS788 Account holder.
• Bonus Clearance: Where active bonus funds carry outstanding wagering requirements, the full wagering requirement must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw with active uncompleted bonuses may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to RS788's internal review queue. No guaranteed processing timeframe is implied. RS788 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals promptly.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the live cashier at the time of the request.
• Verification Holds: RS788 reserves the right to place a hold on a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for identity verification and fraud screening purposes.

RS788 is not liable for delays in receiving withdrawn funds caused by the User's payment provider, banking system processing times or network outages beyond our control.

RS788 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all RS788 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per spin or bet applies (as stated in the specific promotion terms). Placing bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. Full contribution tables are provided in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless RS788 expressly permits stacking, only one bonus may be active per Account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in voiding of one or both offers.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse: RS788 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a promotion has been abused, exploited or claimed in bad faith.

All games available on the RS788 Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before playing.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. RS788 does not accept bet cancellation requests after the event has commenced or the spin has been initiated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets and winnings relating to the affected round may be voided. RS788's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Sports betting results are determined by official event results as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, RS788's interpretation is final pending any formal appeal process.
• Odds and lines for sports markets (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, Premier League football, UFC and other events) are offered at RS788's discretion and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time prior to event commencement.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. RS788 accepts no liability for bets placed on outdated odds where system latency causes a discrepancy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RS788 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit games, bonus offers or sports betting markets in a manner that disadvantages other users or the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets, play games or interact with the Platform in place of manual human play.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotion terms, wagering requirements or game contribution rules to extract value contrary to the spirit of an offer.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity or for any money-laundering purpose.
• Technical Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, errors, latency advantages or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Underage Access: Allowing or assisting a person under the minimum qualifying age to register, access or use the Platform.

RS788 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

RS788 provides the following player-protection tools, accessible through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you are prepared to lose in a defined period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a set period (temporary) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic in-session prompts displaying time elapsed and net session profit/loss.

All content on the RS788 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, trademarks and the overall design — is the intellectual property of RS788 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from RS788
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software
• Use any Platform trademarks or branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without authorisation

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS788, its officers, directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Gambling losses incurred through gameplay, sports betting or any wagering activity on the Platform
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, software errors or network outages affecting game outcomes or bet placement
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction that affect your ability to access or use the Platform
• Force Majeure events beyond RS788's reasonable control

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, RS788's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your RS788 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RS788 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing principles applicable to RS788 include:

• Personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes including account operation, KYC compliance, customer support and fraud prevention.
• RS788 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• KYC documentation is retained for the period required by applicable AML regulations.
• Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

RS788 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, RS788 will provide notice via the Platform (including via in-platform notification, email or a prominent banner on the homepage) with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming or information services licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and RS788 relating to your Account, a transaction or any aspect of Platform use, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Contact RS788 customer support with full details of your complaint. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and work to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 10 business days, you may escalate to the RS788 complaints officer via the email address listed in Section 18.
• Step 3 – External Dispute Resolution: Where internal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to an external dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the applicable licensing authority. Details of any applicable ADR scheme are available from our support team.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
